PK, K, and 1st Grade Applicants - Each will have an individual appointment between 1/9/12 and 2/3/12, which is an evaluation by a trained member of the CFA teaching staff using a nationally-recognized, standardized behavior observation created by the Gesell Institute in New Haven, CT. Skills evaluated include language, memory, visual-motor skills, math and reading readiness, and visual discrimination.
2nd through 12th Grade Applicants - Must attend one of the testing sessions, either on 1/16/12 or 1/21/12. Applicants will be administered portions of the Educational Records Bureau (ERB-CTP III) achievement testing (reading and math tests as well as complete a writing exercise).
ALL TESTING SESSIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT.
APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 1/12/12 ARE PROCESSED AS ROLLING ADMISSIONS.
