After School Programs - Middle School
The Middle School After School Program is designed for our students from sixth-eighth grades.
The goals for this program include:
1. Provide a warm, nurturing environment consistent with the philosophy and mission of Cape Fear Academy.
2. Provide Middle School students an opportunity to work on homework and engage in fun, age-appropriate activities on campus, all with adult supervision.
A snack is provided followed by homework time, recreational time outside or in the gym, games, and free time. Students may be registered for this fee-based program based on two options:
3:20--4:30 pm or 3:20--5:30 pm
Beginning in seventh grade, students may participate in interscholastic athletics. Approximately 80% of our Middle School students play at least one sport during their Middle School years. Middle School students may also participate in Chess Club as well as private music lessons after school.
