Career Day a Success

On Wednesday, Feb 26th, grades 8-12 had an opportunity to explore various career paths. Established professionals from the Wilmington area came to CFA to teach the students about what they do and why they chose that career. It was very inspiring for the students to talk to an adult who has found success in something they love.   Some examples of the areas represented were communication, broadcasting, nuclear science, veterinary science, law, agriculture, government, meteorology, surgery, nursing, acupuncture, art, aviation, and computer science.  Pictured is WECT’s Kim Ratcliffe who spoke about being a television news anchor.
