After careful consideration for the well being of our instructors and campers, we have decided to cancel our on campus summer programs for June.

We are working to transition a few of our camps to virtual programs and will be sharing more information about those programs in the upcoming weeks.

We will continue to monitor CDC and NCDHHS guidance and will make a decision about July camps by June 15th, 2020.  Our hope is to run a limited number of camps in July with restructuring facility use, camper wellness checks and screening and social distancing where possible.

This has been a difficult decision and we truly appreciate your understanding at this time.

Online Registration begins for the Cape Fear Academy 2020 Summer Programs on Monday, February 17. Click here for a listing of all the 2020 Summer Programs. The 2020 Summer Programs listing will be published prior to Feb. 17.

Cape Fear Academy’s Summer Programs offer engaging, educational and exciting opportunities for a positive summer experience. This year, we are excited to offer new STEM programs, more sports options, and enrichment programs that think outside of the box.

Summer Programs will offer an extended care option for those only attending a morning or afternoon camp. Campers who choose to stay after their morning camp until 1 pm, or be dropped off at 12 pm before their afternoon camp, may pay a $5 convenience fee. Summer Programs will still offer Lunch Bunch at no charge for those campers attending both a morning and an afternoon camp. Lunch Bunch and Extended Care registration must take place through the Summer Programs Office only.

Please contact our Summer Program Office with questions.
